EVERY CHALLENGE IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

we are supposed to face challenges.They may be minor,medium or major.

Never feel that you are the only one to face any challenge.There are already professionals who must have faced such challenges earlier.Let me narrate a challenge for example.

While I worked at MADURA COATS I had come across a incident.I was in the dyeing section.My friend in bleaching section.we were to dye voile fabric for blouse bits.so we had to ask bleaching department to give us 5,000 meters of bleached & mercerised voile fabric to dye.

so fabric was ready for dyeing.Dyed 1000 meters per shade,in five shades.Then finished,ready for inspection.At that stage it was found that the voile fabric had a pin hole exactly at a distance of one meter.WOW.All were shocked as what to do.How do we come out of the ugly situation.

I had suggested to cut the fabric into pieces of one meter each.That piece will be given as a compliment for each shirt bit & trouser bit.The idea clicked.we had put the price of shirt bit+ blouse bit together.so the takers were many.each one meter blouse bit sold as hot cake.so when one gets a challenge,it turns out to be a experience worth to remember.

so never get panicky.Mistakes happen.sit colly.Think.come out of the problem cleverly.
